Hi, Garry. I am a very Encyclopedia lover and I would like to know if there is any off-line Encyclopedia available for Mac. I am looking for something like the old Encarta, a good Encyclopedia that I can install in my HD and consult it anytime, any moment, anywhere….Thanks. —–

One Response to “Any Encyclopedia for Mac?”

  1. Most of the encyclopedias have gone online. It makes more sense since they can update the information and distribution is much easier.
    I haven’t seen a box-distributed computer encyclopedia in years.
But a quick search on Amazon brings up the “Encyclopedia Britannica 2010 Deluxe” and the “MacKiev World Book 2010 Multimedia Encyclopedia.” Both are available on DVD-ROM for Mac.
