MacMost Forum / Any way to overlay text in iMovie '09?

I’m new to iMovie (and other video editing) and putting together a short video in which I need to overlay descriptive text. Is there a way to do this in iMovie ’09?

    Sure. Titles. You can overlay text by using one of the titles. See these episodes:
