MacMost Forum / Bird on Mail Stamp

Anyone know what bird is pictured on the “stamp” associated with OS X Mail?

    According to http://www.hawkwings.net/about-me/, it is a Red-tailed Hawk. Buteo jamaicensis.

    OK, thanks. (uh, the tail doesn’t look very red to me, but I’ll take the ornithologist’s word for it) :-)
