Change iCloud Email Address

Hi,
How can I open a new or change my existing iCloud email address?

    This is dangerous territory.
You can't change an iCloud email address. You can create a new one. You can also create an alias. It really depends on what you are trying to do, what you are using the iCloud email address for right now, and how long you have had it.
If you are using your iCloud email address as your Apple ID, and have been for any length of time, then changing it is a big deal. You would need to let go of the old account and start a new one, I think. I've never tried it, of course, so I can't be sure. But I haven't heard of anyone doing anything else.
That means you would lose purchases, iCloud data, backups, registrations, and all sorts of things. Not a good idea.
Perhaps you'd rather create an alias instead? You get 3 of those. Go to iCloud.com, Mail and then the settings at the bottom left. Under preferences you can create up to 3 alias email addresses.
Without knowing more, it is hard to advise further. If this is a "I'd rather have situation" then you may want to reconsider. If this is a "it is critical that I change it" situation, then you may want to contact Apple, though I don't think you'd get much help.
