I would like to copy my contacts that I have set up in Microsoft Outlook to my new MacBook Pro. Any suggestions without purchasing additional software or apps?

  1. I would just export them from Outlook and then import into Address Book. If you can export them in the standard .vcf format, then you should be able to import (or drag and drop) them into Address Book. Not sure of Outlook’s export options, though. Might be drag-and-drop as well.
