how can i delete movies from quick time i do not have quick time pro

    Not sure what you mean. You are probably referring to the QuickTime Player, right? It is just a player — it plays videos. You don’t delete videos using it. If you have some video files on your hard drive you would delete them like you would delete any other file, in the Finder by dragging them to the Trash.
