MacMost Forum / Downloading movies to an iPad 2

I was wondering if someone sent you an e-mail with a video attachment, can that video be downloaded and saved to the iPad?

    Well, as long as the video is in a format the iPad can display, then it can be viewed, yes. Just like any video on the Web. But saving it is another matter. There is no universal file system in iOS. So something would have to be saved in an app’s file space. Potentially you could save the video to the Photos app and have it in there, but I’ve never tried. Try sending yourself an example video and see what happens.

    I know videos play in a DropBox account
