MacMost Forum / Dragging picture from safari to apple email

Gary, I recall king ago before snow leopard came out that I could successfully drag an image directly from safari into apple mail where a new mail would bring composed with the image in it.
But after snow leopard came out the image doesn’t display and instead a web link to the image is displayed in the new mail window. Any way I can have the image displayed like before? —–

    It seems to work for me. I create a new message. Then I drag an image from Safari into the new message’s window in Mail. I drop it in the message. The image appears.

    But I was referring to drag the image directly to the apple mail icon on the dock. Used to work earlier ! But since snow leopard cane out, it stopped working and just the link appears.

    The same goes for Firefox, but it still works with Chrome.
