MacMost Forum / Editing Mail Contacts

How do I edit the mail contacts, which seem to be a random selection from my various email addresses.

    On the Mac, email contacts are kept in the Address Book application. By default it is in your Dock. But if you have removed it from the Dock, you can still find it in your Applications folder, or search for “Address Book.”
