MacMost Forum / how do I share my itunes music with my brother's mac using my time machine's external hard drive

My brother and I both have IMAC’s and we both have extensive music in our itunes. Can we share each other’s music by using our time machine hard drive?

    No, you wouldn’t use Time Machine for this. Time Machine is for backups.
    You can simply share your iTunes collections with each other using iTunes Sharing, or iTunes Home Sharing.
