MacMost Forum / How to combine projects in iMovie 09

I break my annual family video into several projects (e.g. by month). Is there a way to combine these iMovie 09 projects into a single project while retaining the added audio?

    One way would simply be to export each video as a final file, and then bring those all into a new project.
    But if you really want to combine projects, then copy and paste is the only method I can think of. But it can get tricky to select lots of titles, transitions, photos, etc if you project is complex.
