MacMost Forum / How to export iPhone album to MAC?

I have no problem exporting “Camera Roll” photos from iPhone to my MAC but cannot export photos from iPhone that are in albums? Any ideas?

    The Camera Roll represents photos taken by your iPhone. The other albums represent photos that you synced FROM your Mac. They are small for-iPhone-screen versions of the photos. You can’t sync them back. But you shouldn’t need to since they came from your Mac in the first place.

    You import your photos from Mac to iPhone by using iTunes.

    I have the same issue, but it seems that you canoot import on iPhoto the albums you created on the iPhone
