had to create account on a friend MacBookAir to sync music playlists from my iPadAir to my iPod Nano. how do i now remove/delete my account from her computer?

Log in with your regular main admin account. Then go to System Preferences, Users & Groups. Click the padlock at the lower right to authenticate. Then select the account from the list and press the - (minus) button at the bottom of the list of accounts.
