Quick question about Numbers. 09 If I want multiple columns to be of a particular width, how do I change them all at one go?

  1. Select multiple columns. You can do this by clicking on the top of a column, say B, and then Shift+clicking on another, say E, to select B-E. You can also click on B, then Command+click E and then G to select B, G, E. Then just select the right side of that lettered header cell and drag to expand or shrink the column width. Only that one column will change until you release the mouse. Then all the selected columns will change.
