MacMost Forum / How to use timecode in imovie?

I recorded a wedding with two video cameras and I want to know how to cut from one camera to another at with precision as I edit. Anybody know how to do this?

    There’s no way to use timecodes to overlap two pieces of video in iMovie.
    You can still inter-splice video as much as you want. But you are going to have to do it manually. The precision editor in iMovie 11 will help. It will just take a lot of work to get it right.
    You can always go to Premiere or Final Cut if you want more advanced functionality.
