MacMost Forum / How To Wipe My iPhone 3GS?

I just bought the new iPhone 4S and transferred all of my data. Now I want to wipe my old iPhone 3GS. How do I accomplish this?

    All you need to do is go to Settings, General, Reset and the press “Erase All Content and Settings.”
    This is the same for all iOS devices (iPad, iPod Touch).
    And it is pretty secure as it actually overwrites all data. So it could take a while. Best to have a full battery charge, or have it plugged in.
