MacMost Forum / iCal exclamation mark location

Dear Gary

In iCal there is an exclamation mark next to every location in the event inspector. What is that? Is it good for something?

    Apparently this only happens in CalDAV calendars and indicates that the location isn’t configured in the CalDAV server. Locations can be used to “book a room” for an event — like if a meeting room holds 20 people and you schedule an event there it can calculate the space remaining, etc. But if the CalDAV server doesn’t have any location configured with that name, you get this little error symbol.
