MacMost Forum / iPod Touch volume problems

my daughters 2nd gen ipod touch volume is not working. when she increases it automatically decreases and the volume sign remains on the screen. she has the latest software update..help

    Sounds like it is broken. You can try a complete wipe and reset to see if that fixes it. Otherwise, you’ll need to go into the Apple Store or a shop to have them look at it.

    Check position of your Volume Limit slider in Settings under Music.
