I have a Mac as my main desktop running Snow Leopard 10.6.2 and I have a Windows laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium. I have NOT been able to get them to talk to each other on my home network. It is a wired and wireless network. I have an Airport Extreme Base as my Wireless base. I would like to update each of them if possible if I add documents or pictures to one I would like to be able to update the other one. . Can you help…. Thanks……

Hard to advise. You’ve just got to enable File Sharing on both machines, and then enable file sharing for Windows (SMB) on your Mac. Then they should be able to connect to each other. It is just a matter of going through all the steps to make sure file sharing is on and operational for both computers.
