MacMost Forum / Movie screen capture for Mac

What are some good video screen capture programs for Mac that you can recommend? Are there any free programs available that work well and are not too complicated to use?

    If you are using Snow Leopard, then you already have one: QuickTime X. See episode 288: http://macmost.com/quicktime-x-screen-recording.html
    If you need more features, try Snapz Pro or ScreenFlow.
