How do I extend the formulas and results on a previously established Amoritazation Schedule so I can continue into the future?

If you have created the table correctly, it should do it automatically. So if you have every regular row in the table as a date with data, and the column titles in a header row, and any other data set up in footer rows, then when you press return in the last line of the table (above the footer rows) it should extend everything automatically. Or, when you grab the bottom left or bottom right "handle" of the table and expand it, it should also add those formulas in new rows.
Hard to advise you beyond that because I can't work with your spreadsheet. But you can always copy and paste very easily too.
