Are you aware of a file/folder Undelete capability inherently available within OS X? If not, is there a 3rd Party tool that you would recommend?

  1. Undelete? As in you threw something in the trash, and then emptied the trash, and then wanted it back? No.
Well, yes. Time Machine. If you have been doing Time Machine backups then you have a fantastic undelete tool that will work way better than any “utility” that tries to piece together bits from the unused part of your hard drive.
And if you aren’t using Time Machine, you should start doing do immediately. I wouldn’t use a computer without a backup any more than I would drive a car without a seatbelt.

      Hi all,

I had come across the same situation and my friend recommended me a software called Remo Software which helps to recover the almost all the file types. Hope this helps you to recover!!!
