MacMost Forum / Planning Events

hi gary thanks once again for your kind support!!
now iam planning an 5 day event i need 1) to write all the task of 6-7 events 2) set dates for events 3)set reminders 4)designate task to people 5)give them a print out of their task and dates 6)keep accounts of money and to whom 7) email ph nos and address of the invities .etc.. is there a programme to make my work easy and systematic if yes then please name the software i shall buy it -thanks

    Sorry, I don’t know of any. I would not look for a piece of software, but maybe for a Web site. This strikes me as something that would be available as a Web site where you can sign up for an account and manage it all. But I don’t know of any. There might not be a program or Web site that does this specifically, but you’d need to use a variety of programs if you want to do it all on the computer.
