MacMost Forum / Restoring an iOS Icon

Somehow I managed to loose the Notes icon on both my iPad 2 and iPhone 4. iCloud is configured to sync Notes on both devices. How can I recover the icons on both devices?

    The first thing to do is to make sure it is really gone. Look in any App Folders you may have created. You might have put them into there.
    Then search for it. Swipe left to right to get to the search screen and search for “Notes.”
    If you still can’t find it, then go to Settings, General, Reset and choose “Reset Home Screen Layout.” That should get it back.

    The reset option worked fine for Notes. Now my Contacts icon disappeared. Search found my Contacts but Reset does not re-establish it on the Homepage.
