MacMost Forum / Smart Calendars in iCal or Google Calendar?

I am trying to organize a series of overlapping rehearsals for a performance group. We have five different shows with different rehearsal schedules. I would like to have all of these rehearsal schedules be able to show up in one calendar. Is there any way of creating a “smart” calendar that would operate like iphoto or itunes smart lists?

    Why not just make 5 calendars, one for each rehearsal group. Then you can view all 5 calendars at once in iCal.
