MacMost Forum / Trouble With iTunes

Help me when I plug my iphone 4 into itunes it will freeze and when I unplug it it goes back to normal. What should I do?

    George, it sounds like you a really having trouble with iTunes. If you are near an Apple Store I would take it to the Genius Bar and have them look at it. Otherwise, maybe a local Mac shop or Mac expert?
    This isn’t normal behavior for iTunes and the cause could be one of so many things: corrupt iTunes library, something wrong with the iPhone or cable, memory, disk drive, etc. It might be a good idea to make sure you have everything backed up and have it checked out.
