MacMost Forum / Weird message when viewing camera roll

Gary – everytime I view my camera roll it says “movie format not supported.” What’s up with this? Thanks, Jim c

    Others have found success by looking through the camera roll for things that don’t belong. In particular, look for a video that shows up as a plain gray thumbnail. Delete it. Then the problem should go away.
