MacMost Forum / What 2,5'' external HDD' to get for photos and music...

Hey guys,
could anyone recommend a good external harddrive in the format of 2,5”. I was looking at the western digital my passport and the LaCie rugged.
I should have at least 500GB.

    It is hard to make recommendations. A lot of these drives have the same hardware inside, even if the brand name is different on the outside. I have many WD drives and haven’t had any issues. I’ve also had LaCie drives in the past and they have been good too.
