MacMost Forum / When fonts are missing in .doc files?

What happens when Pages can’t find MS Word fonts while opening a doc file? Does it ignore the text or reproduce it in some other font?

    I would assume that it would display the text, but in a different font. Hard to test, though. I can’t imagine it would not display the text at all.
