I have added my i.movie to my keynote. This is self playing so movie starts automatically. HOWEVER the slide will not hold long enough to play my movie which is 2 minutes long.
I have tried adjusting the transition slide timing but it switched before the movie is over.

Have you set the Slide transition Automatic timing to something longer in the inspector? Try doing it for the next slide.
Not sure if making the movie "starts automatically" will override these settings, though. Perhaps turn that off, and set the transition start to automatic for every slide instead. Or, record the slideshow and play it back with the recording timings.
Thanks. What worked was setting"transition delay" by using the up and down arrows rather than typing in a number.
