Can I Put In Fixes or Requests To Apple On Beta Of Messages?

I have been using the new messages (beta) program from Apple on my computer and I have come up with some things that I would like to see in that program and some things for them to fix. Is there a way that we can contact Apple about changes. For example it would be good to have multi accounts for people that only have one Mac (like I could contact my dad with a different address from my mom) also it would be good if they could do something like callwave where you can send a message to any other cell phone, and then also it would be awesome if they could add tell us when people are on messages.

I don't see a way to directly comment on Messages. At least not for non-developers. But you can use Apple's general feedback system:

As for your specific ideas, I'm not quite sure what you mean by "multi accounts for people that only have one Mac." You can already have several email addresses as contacts under one account. But one user must be logged in to a computer at one time, and one user = one Apple ID. So if your parents use a Mac as a single user, then you can have two email addresses there as contacts in the Messages prefs. Use one for each. If they use different user accounts and have different user IDs, then each would have their own setup when they are logged into their own account on the Mac.
I think the idea with Messages is that you are always on -- like a mobile phone. The message always gets sent, but there is no guarantee that the user is paying attention. Same with email come to think of it, right? The beta of Messages for Lion might not work like it will in Mountain Lion, where there is a notifications system. We'll have to wait and see for that.
