In iTunes I’ve selected sync of contacts. I’ve chosen All contacts and no selection made in the Advanced section. On my MacBookPro i have 2 contacts in the book. When I ask iTunes to go ahead it seems it prepare for the sync, goes through some steps (at least it what is says at the top, but no contacts ever end on my mac?

So nothing appears in your Address Book? It is completely empty? Try syncing a second time and make sure you are looking in your Address Book without searching.
It is hard to diagnose what may be wrong here without seeing it first-hand. Maybe a visit to a Mac expert or Apple Store will help she some light on the problem?
Well, it seems that I've overlook a detail... The single address from the MAC has gone to my iPhone. But no address/contacts the other way. Do you then have a clue...? :-)
No, sorry. I'd just check and recheck all the settings on both ends.
