I have already installed Lion on my system. Is it possible to redownload the Installer to a USB Stick without reinstalling it on my hard drive?
Here is the process I’ve tried:
Option – Click when “Installed” is displayed
The next selection displayed is “Install.” If you click INSTALL the installation proceeds.
My ultimate objective is just to get the installer on a USB Stick. Thank you

If you have already installed, then I'm not sure you have the installer anymore. Not sure where it would be now. Most of the instructions involve downloading, then accessing the installer package before upgrading.
What is the need for a USB flash drive with Lion? I understand it might be "nice" to have. But since you don't have it, what is the down side? You have Lion. You have the ability to download it again to another Mac if need be.
If you already re downloaded the installer from the mac appstore then all you need to do is follow these instructions.
