I have a picture of a party that I had taken on my phone. I am not sure if I imported into my comp. office names are different, can I somehow do a image scan search to serif the picture is in my comp. if I had the same file name I could search the file in the name. But there is a possibility I could have saved it with another file name.

You can't search for an image by "design." But you can search for other things, like date. So why not just look at the date of your photo on the phone, and then search for that date on your computer. Then you should be able to determine if the picture is there pretty quickly.
