Exporting individual tracks for editing by someone far away

I’m in over my head. I want to send my garage band files to a professional. But i cant get it into a ftp site as individual files as an aif or wav. Those are the file types the producer needs to use in pro tools and digital performer. I can upload a .band file only and I don’t know if the tracks are seperate
HELP!!!

If the pro can't use a GarageBand file, then you are in trouble. You can simply solo one track (or silence all tracks but one) and export (Share, Export to Disk -- choose no compression to get an AIF file). Do it without Just do that once for each track.
