How do I customise the context menu when I right click on a cell in numbers, for example, I’d like to add the option to ‘edit formula’ instead of having to go up to the menu bar each time? Is this a big job and relatively easy. A step by step video or instructions would be really helpful. Thanks

You can't really edit a context menu. But you do have a keyboard shortcut for this, shown in the Edit menu: control+=.
But it is even easier than that. Just double-click on any cell with a formula and you are editing it. That's easier than if you had to right+click and select from the context menu.
