How Do I Set Up French Accent Marks (aigue and Grave) In Pages?

It’s probably obvious, but I just can’t find it! Trying to add the accent aigue to words like pave….etc.

Depends on whether you are using Snow Leopard or Lion. In Lion, simply type the character, say an "a" and hold down the "a" key when you type it until a set of possible accents appear. Then click one or type its number.
For everything before Lion, you would use an option key combo. Like Option+A and then type a. Or option+e and then type e. You can also use the Character or Keyboard viewer. See episode 78 http://macmost.com/typing-special-characters.html
