hi gary, i have an iMac at home and a pc at work, i am would like to be able to sync my work calendar to my phone as well.
how do i sync my outlook calendar at work to my iCal on my phone so i am able to view and use both calendars on my phone4

Just add it to your iPhone. Go to Settings, Mail, Contacts and Calendars. Then add that account that contains your calendar. An account that combines many thing (like email, contacts, calendars) can be added from the main "add an account" page -- an Exchange account, for instance. But use "other" to add an account that is just a calendar. CalDAV and .ics are supported. Not sure what you are using.
