How Do I Turn a Heading Sideways In Numbers

I am making a document in numbers (not a numerical document)and I need to turn a heading sideways so it reads down the side of the page for graphic interest. Can this be done in a cell or only by making a new document, writing the text, making a screenshot of the text, turning it sideways, then pasting it over the document. This wouldn’t be so bad but the screenshot text tends to be a bit blurry.

You can't do it inside a cell, but there is no need to go to the extreme of taking a screenshot and importing that.
Just create a Text Box. You can do so by clicking the Text Box icon in the toolbar, or choosing Insert, Text Box from the menu. Then put your text in it, style it, etc. Then select it and bring up the Inspector. Go to the Metrics inspector and rotate the text box. Then move it into place.

Wow it works wonderfully, thank you.
