How do you setup a network drive with Airport Extreme?

I am trying to setup a drive using the USB port with my Airport Extreme. How do I get the Macs on the network to recognize the drive? I can see it fine in Airport Utility, but it doesn’t show up in Finder.

    In Airport Utility, under Manual Setup. Go to Disks. Go to File Sharing. Turn it on for that connected disk.

    There is no File Sharing for the connected disk.

      You mean the option is grayed out? Is File Sharing turned on for the AE as a whole?
