Does iMovie support annotations in movie clips similar to what is available now with the youtube editor? In other words, is there a way to insert clickable links inside your iMovie that when clicked launch another video?

That sort of thing is more a function of the playback environment. iMovie is a video editor. So it just produces video. Even if it could add links and such, they would only work in one environment or the other -- like a specific Flash video player, or the QuickTime player.
