I would like to know how to attach a vcf file in an email?
I have received some emails with this kind of file and is pretty easy to get information of the sender into your address book.

There are at least two ways to do this. One would be to open Address Book. Then select the cards you want to send. Then choose File, Export, Export vCard. That gives you your .vcf file. Then just attach it to an email message.
But the easier way is to compose a message in Mail. Then have Address Book open as well. Drag a name from your Address Book list into the message you are composing.
