How to generate folders to burn mp3 from Itunes

Hi Gary, I need some help with Itunes.
My car mp3 cd player recognises folders. I want to have a mp3 cd divided into 3 sections. Rock, Blues and Instrumental. I have playlists for each of these ready. My problem is i don’t know how to burn to disc so that 3 separate folders will be formed and I can choose my folder while playing in the car. Right now it seems like I can only burn one of the playlists or merge all tracks into one large playlist, which defeats the sorting purpose.
Any help?

How about just not using iTunes?
Create a burn folder in the Finder. (File, New Burn Folder). Create folders in there. Then drag and drop copies of the actual mp3 files into those folders.

Yup, in fact discovered one better - I can just highlight all tracks in an itunes playlist and drag to a finder folder...it automatically creates a copy... saves the hassle of having to find each song in Finder separately.
