How to loop a Microphone through a Mac to an outside speaker

In presenting Keynote, I use a Yamaha NX-A01 mini-speaker, which is quite powerful, to output the sounds from media files, but how can I use it when hooked up to a mic…as a microphone for my voice?

I dont' have a Yamaha NX-A01, but does it have a separate input for a mic? Probably not.
The pro way to do something like that would be to have a small mixing board and have the inputs from both the mic and the computer and then output to the speaker system. You'll that that in presentation halls and classrooms, etc.
You can do something with "Line In" (http://www.rogueamoeba.com/freebies/) that will allow you to pass the sound from your mic through your Mac. But I'm not sure how well it would work with Keynote playing sound at the same time.
