How To Work Out Percentages In Numbers for iPad?

I am new to numbers (and iPad) but do seem to be mastering it slowly, however I just cannot seem to work out what is the formula to calculate a percentage.
I have a figure in F2 (i.e; 67) and i want to know the answer in F3 of what percentage F2 (67) is of D3 (i.e: 220).
Can anyone help me and also lead me to any place I can fine some help and formulas. I have seen the Apple page but that is far too complicated.
Any help would be apprecaited. Thank you so much.

Doesn't matter which spreadsheet program you are using, that's just math.
If the total is 220, then 67/220 gets you the percentage (0.345454545). So =F2/D3 is the formula. Set the format of the cell to a percentage and 0.345454545 will appear as 34.545454%.

Thanks for your reply. Sorry but still not got it, maybe it is my basic knowledge of math that is the problem here but 67 is 30% of 220 not 34% and i don't have (or I don't know where to find) " / " (a backslash) on the keyboard that comes up on my ipad 2 to put in F2/D3.

        Sorry. I mistyped. 67/220 = .30454545, yes.
When you go to enter a formula in Numbers, you get a special keypad that has those symbols on it. It makes it even easier by using the old-fashion divided-by symbol (a dash with a dot above and below). Just tap in a field and then tap the "=" button to signify that you want to enter a formula.
