when Im on my ipod and try to do anything like download apps, i type in my password and email for my itunes account and this thing pops up saying, “This apple ID has been disabled for security reasons” I have no idea what that means and i do not understand how to fix that or why its saying that.
Is there a way to fix that? pleasee help.

It actually will say that if you mistype your ID. Make sure your ID is entered exactly -- usually it is a full email address. If you are sure that you are typing it correctly, then you'll need to contact Apple (or go to the Genius Bar) and have them compare what ID you are trying to use against the actual ID of your account.
