You mean you want to have "transitions" in your video that you using in some of the drop zones in the iDVD templates? You would apply transitions when making the video, like in iMovie, not in compiling the DVD. So build those clips in iMovie and export them first.

i am putting 3-4 pics in drop zones so i need transactions in it am not putting videos only photoes!!

You could drop those photos into iMovie and add transitions there. Then generate a video and use that video in the drop zone instead.
