Importing Scanned Photos Into Photos & Managing Date

Gary, many of us are scanning old photos and slides these days and then importing them into Photos. They then end up going, at least, into the “Photos” and “All Photos” albums – usually placed with the day of import’s date. I try to remember to change the date (can’t worry about time in 50 year old photos!) under the “Image / Adjust Date & Time” drop-down, but it is cumbersome and also too easy to forget.
How about a MacMost Video sharing your advised way of doing this? I think it would help a lot of us.

I don't have any secret method to do it. You just have to remember. Do them in batches (select many and change for all) which is sounds like you are already doing.
Keep in mind that neither Photos nor All Photos are really albums. They are just two different ways of viewing all of your photos.
Maybe create albums for each old roll or physical album as you scan them. That way you don't really need to care too much about the exact date of those photos.
