Just got the ipad 2. I just synced with my itunes account. I had organized all of my downloaded apps on my iphone4 based on different folders. These are no longer showing on the ipad.
How do I replicate this?

You'll have to recreate those folders from scratch. There's no way to copy an arrangement between to iOS devices like that.
