I have produced two iPhone apps and I want to promote them using video capture. I know it can be done because there are some very nice app tutorials on YouTube. The problem is, I haven’t been able to find out which programs they’ve been made with. Any ideas what I can use?

There is no way to capture the screen with video on an iPhone, You either have to capture still images (hold both physical buttons down at the same time) and then build a video using a series of still images, or point a camera at your iPhone in a dark room and hold both still as you navigate through the screens.
Apple has special iPhones that have a video out port of some sort that they use to make their videos.
